Research has shown that students suffer more health problems than their non-studying peers. Is this the case for you as well? You can find out by taking part in the Traffic Lights project. Are you curious to find out how you score on health, lifestyle and quality of life, compared to your fellow students? Do you also think you shouldn’t have to carry the burden of your problems alone unnecessarily (long)?
What to do?
In order to recognise problems in time and find solutions for them, you can fill in a questionnaire via this website, after which you will receive personal feedback at your email address, tailored to your health and possible points of focus. Thousands of students went before you.
Test yourself!
Students of the UvA and HvA are explicitly invited to take part in this research. It is also possible for students at other universities and universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands and Flanders to receive online feedback through this project.
About
The student health check is the result of scientific research carried out by the Student Doctors for the UvA. This research shows that the students’ problems, in addition to the study-related problems, are often connected to problems typical to being a student.
